Yoga

Yoga training is a system of exercises that combines postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), and meditation. The goal is to simultaneously strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and balance, and reduce stress and tension.

Controlled breathing helps with concentration, stress reduction, and better oxygenation of the muscles. At the end of the workout, there is often 5–10 minutes of relaxation (Shavasana), which aids recovery. Suitable for all ages.
