Spinning

Spinning training is a group cardio workout on special stationary bikes (so-called “spin bikes”). It is led by an instructor and to the sounds of motivating music that sets the rhythm and intensity.

It imitates cycling – different positions (sitting, standing) and “terrains” (flat road, climb, sprints) alternate. Cardio and endurance – increases heart rate, improves heart and lung function. Intensity of choice – everyone can adjust the load through the resistance of the bike. Burns a lot of calories (500–700 per hour).
